【共同社9月11日电】11日获悉，陷入经营困境的日本航空公司（JAL）正在研究接受全球最大航空公司美国达美航空的参资入股，在资本和业务上展开合作。
另据悉，日航还向国际航线进行代码共享的欧洲航空巨头“法国航空-KLM”提出进一步扩大合作。
作为经营改善计划的一项重要内容，日航将通过跨境的航空业重新洗牌使经营重组走上正轨。如果双方实现合作，那么将诞生全球屈指可数的航空集团，航空业界的势力版图也将发生巨大变化。
日航将实施数百亿日元规模的定向增发计划，而作为增发对象，达美呼声最高，若实现该计划达美将成为日航的最大股东。日航拟通过和达美在国际航线代码共享，提高航运效率强化业务基础。
日航将大幅停飞亏损的国际航线，但通过和达美航班代码共享可以确保不影响乘客出行，防止顾客流失。
由于受航空业界竞争激烈、燃料费用高涨及新型流感等影响，日航的业绩持续低迷。2009年第二季度亏损达到990亿日元（约合74亿元人民币）。（完）

【共同社9月12日电】12日获悉，美国达美航空公司正朝着向经营重建之中的日本航空公司出资约500亿日元（约合37.7亿元人民币）的方向进行调整，日航考虑接受达美派遣的董事。日航将派管理干部前往美国，正式就双方的资本业务合作展开谈判。
日航可能同时在与合作伙伴法航荷航集团进行协商，希望吸引数十亿日元的注资，将与欧美航空公司的合作作为经营改善计划的核心。日航希望通过与达美进行代码共享，削减航空成本以促进业绩回升。（完）

特別係因為日元對美元既匯率問題

But Japanese law only allows a foreign company to own a max of 1/3 of shares of a japanese company, so really doubt JAL would switch to Skyteam (at least not in the near future)
But does JAL benefit if switching to Skyteam?

But oneworld strictly speaking isn't a company and does not belong to any country, so that's a grey area which not many of us know about.

it will benifit more in OW because there are less competitors in OW:loveliness:
